It’s great that nowadays we have more career options compare to 5-10 years ago, however, it’s also what make us harder to decide. Here are my tips to help you selecting the 1st career: 1. Know Your Career Goals Where do you see yourself in your career in the long term? Everyone have their own career goals: to be a president director, BUMN leader, digital marketing expert, social business owner, etc. If you have goals, it will be easier for you to decide where to start your career. For example, if your goals is to be a digital marketing expert, then it’s good for you to start a career in marketing related area. What if you are not sure with your career goals yet? Finally, my 1st original song in 2017! The title is simply titled "LIKE". It's about being in love with someone, specifically her Instagram pictures, and you cannot resist but to click like. Sounds familiar, right? It sounds bit different with my other songs - I crafted the instrumental with inspiration from The Weeknd beats. Well, hope you enjoy the song!

It’s a movement where professionals go to marginal elementary school to share about their professions to inspire and motivate the students. Various professionals voluntarily participated in this movement, such as police, chef, architect, journalist, dancer, judge, etc – and of course, me, an HR professional. As an HR whose one of the jobs is to recruit talent, I decided to share about recruitment. At first, I feel it’s kinda hard to explain since the concept is a bit complicated and not common for kids. After a few thoughts and discussion with friends, I had ideas to simplify the explanation. Here’s how I did it.  

Setelah video #GOOD di Oktober lalu, saya mulai mencari ide untuk membuat lagu bertema #GOOD lainnya. Setelah sesi brainstorming ide bersama Jasmine dan beberapa rekan saya, ada banyak ide bermunculan, dan akhirnya kita memilih 'smart driving' sebagai topik lagu berikutnya. Tema 'smart driving' memang terdengar serius tapi kita mencoba untuk memberikan sudut yang fun dari tema ini. Saya tidak started from scratch untuk lagu ini, sebenarnya lagu ini adalah remake lagu Bosan yang dinyanyikan band saya, One O One . Masih menggunakan instrumental yang sama, I just transformed the lyrics and made it feels like new. Singkat kata, beberapa minggu kemudian setelah menyempatkan menulis lirik dan rekaman di tengah kesibukan (I wrote the lyrics in the airport during business trip), lagu ini akhirnya rampung.
